According to research, between 70 and 90 percent of women have cellulite. But this probably doesn’t make you feel any better about your own, does it? While plastic surgery is increasingly advertised as “the only way” to get rid of cellulite, this marketing claim is by no means true. There are several natural ways proven to be effective in completely busting or greatly reducing cellulite.
So, here are the tips in brief.
Maintain a healthy diet
This sounds too simple but is the main prerequisite for busting cellulite. Eat lots of vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. Avoid overeating.
Drink lots of water
Water helps get the cellulite-inducing toxins out of your body.
Do some heavy weight lifting
This may sound strange, but it has recently been shown to effectively reduce cellulite, though the process is not clear. Do deadlifts, squats and leg extensions. And don’t worry, you won’t get bulky, that would take loads of heavy lifting!
Rub in some moisturizer every day
Dry skin makes the cellulite situation worse, so use some creams to moisturize the skin (pretty much any moisturizer will do, no need for the expensive anti-cellulite creams).
Try dry brushing
Massage the cellulite-affected areas with your hand or a gentle cloth. This gets the blood going and gets rid of dead skin and toxins.
Ideally, make all the above steps a part of your regular routine. Wait for 2 to 3 months to start seeing the results
