The beloved Larry Fine has a real name – Louis Feinberg. Out of all the actors who have passed through the comedic series, he is the only one who played his character for the entire 48-year period. Unfortunately, he didn’t step down willingly. In 1970, the crew was busy filming their comeback series, named the Kook’s Tour. All of a sudden, Louie suffered a stroke became paralyzed on the entire left side of his body. Because he couldn’t continue recording, they turned the acquired footage into a film. His state was stable until 1975 when he suffered another stroke and died at the age of 72. A true legend.
